By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (End User License Agreement - EULA). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

 

2. App Description

 

The App provides access to original books in various genres, including fiction and non-fiction. Users can browse, read, and listen to these books through the App's features.

 

3. License

 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with these terms.

 

4. Subscription Details

• Free Trial: New subscribers are eligible for a 1-week free trial on the annual subscription plan.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.

 

5. Payment and Billing

 

All payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription charges will apply at the end of the free trial period unless canceled. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

 

6. User Content and Responsibilities

 

You are solely responsible for the content you access or interact with within the App. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

7. Data Collection and Privacy

 

We do not collect personal data such as your name, email, or gender. However, we may collect app usage data to improve the App's functionality and user experience. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of this data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mobDB LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party.

 

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

14. Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 

15. Changes to Terms of Use

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
